Join us for a fun and festive open studio in honor of Halloween! We'll have craft stations on theme, including real mini pumpkins to decorate (limit one per person).

Projects are geared toward ages 5-12, but fun for adults, too! Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

$30 per person. All materials provided.

Create stamps with foam or rubber carving blocks, depending on age/skill level, and print a fun and colorful series of artwork.

Get into the Halloween spirit with the festive and spooky mask making workshop! Whether it's kooky or scary, you can follow your heart and create something to wear to enhance a costume or stand alone as a fun dress up item. Materials provided. (Ages 5-10)

Discover the art of Iris Paper Folding in this hands-on workshop with guest instructor, Nicole Gauvin. You'll learn how simple strips of paper can be folded, layered, and arranged to create a beautiful three-dimensional spiral design. Put your new skills to use by creating a seasonal greeting card to celebrate the autumn months - choose from a September apple, October pumpkin, or November leaf design. (Ages 9-12)

A playful introduction to basic silkscreen techniques. Families will craft stencil designs and create multiple prints using studio-prepared screens.

Ages 5-11

Sometimes you just need to make something with your hands and not overthink it. In this relaxed, low-stakes workshop we’ll design and silk-screen bold, graphic imagery onto canvas tote bags. Choose from pre-made designs or create your own simple motif, then pull your own prints using professional screens and fabric ink. Expect a satisfying process, inky hands, and a functional finished piece. (Ages 16+)

Learn the ancient Japanese art of floating ink on water to create stunning marbled papers. Create decorative sheets that can later be used for cards, book covers, or more.
